New: readyTrain – train, test, certify
With readyTrain, the new course module from readyplace, you make onboarding and mandatory training more efficient and verifiable. The guides, documents and videos you already have become multi-stage courses. Your employees learn at their own pace, show what they know in a quiz and receive their certificate – without a separate learning management system.
Making knowledge available is not always enough.
During onboarding, software rollouts and mandatory training, you need to be sure the knowledge has actually landed. That is what readyTrain is for: you turn the guides, documents and videos you already have into courses with verifiable results.
- Built from what you have: Courses are created from existing material. What you document today becomes tomorrow’s learning path.
- Simple learning verification: The AI suggests suitable quiz questions, making learning success tangible.

Courses from existing material
A course is built from what you already have: drag and drop your tutorials, documents and videos together, and the AI suggests quiz questions directly from that content.
- Seven building block types: Tutorial, document, video, link, text, file and quiz, freely combinable.
- Linear or free: You decide whether stages unlock one after another or participants choose the order themselves.
- Quiz questions from the AI: You review the suggestions and keep what fits.
The course editor: create stages, drag in building blocks, let the AI generate quiz questions.
Assign and share
Everyone gets the course they need
Assign courses by role or to individuals: the apprentice gets their training plan, the team the rollout training, the new colleague their onboarding.
- Link or QR code: For the intranet and email, for a notice board or the training room.
- For customers and partners too: Registered customers or partners complete courses via a dedicated role in your instance.
Permissions: assign roles and individuals, share via link, short link or QR code.
Learn and test
Learning at your own pace
Your employees learn in the real system and can pause at any time. You don’t have to track progress, and the quiz shows whether the knowledge has landed.
- Automatic progress: Completed guides and documents are ticked off automatically.
- Quiz with a pass mark: The correct answers are only shown after passing. Anyone who doesn’t pass simply tries again.

Certify
Verifiable learning success
At the end there is a PDF certificate with your logo, name, date and result. The evaluation shows at a glance who has started and who has finished.
- For HR files, audits and customer certification: The certificate is available in German or English, depending on the course language.
- Annual refreshers: For mandatory training you reset courses. After completing them again, participants receive a new certificate.
