Integrations
Fits into your system landscape – without an interface into your software
readyplace documents any application from the outside and delivers tutorials where your users already are: in the help centre, the intranet, the learning management system or the AI assistant. Sign-in uses your existing directory.
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Keycloak
- SAML 2.0
- LDAP
- SCORM 1.2
- iframe embedding
- DeepL
- MCP
- DATEV Help Center
- German Administration Cloud
Capture: any software, any process
The readyator records clicks in any application. There is no list of supported programs because none is needed.
- Capture
readyator for Windows and macOS
Desktop app that captures any application: specialist software, ERP, Windows programs, browsers. Run a process once, the AI generates steps, screenshots and explanations.
- Capture
readyator in the browser
Create and edit without installation – directly in the readyplace platform, also for editors without admin rights.
- Import
Images, PDFs and documents
Existing screenshots, forms and manuals are turned into interactive tutorials instead of being rewritten.
- Import
Videos
YouTube, Vimeo and your own MP4 or HLS videos can be embedded in tutorials and articles – with chapters and start time.
Deliver: where your users are
Tutorials do not only live in the readyplace portal. They are embedded, linked or exported.
- Embedding
iframe embedding
Embed tutorials and articles in your help centre, intranet, service portal or your own software. Access-protected via signed embed tokens, public or password-protected.
- Reference
DATEV Help Center
More than 600 readyplace tutorials complement the help documents there – the reference example for embedding in a customer portal with millions of views.
- Links
Public and canonical links
Every tutorial has a stable address that works in tickets, chat answers, training material or newsletters – even after renaming.
- Export
SCORM 1.2 for your LMS
Export tutorials as SCORM packages and use them in Moodle, ILIAS or other learning management systems with progress tracking.
- Export
PDF export
For audits, printouts or archiving: every tutorial as a PDF with all steps and images.
- App
Mobile app
For end users without a desktop: tutorials in an app, like the fillo app of Diakonie Württemberg, which is based on readyplace.

Frequently asked questions about integrations
Does readyplace have to be integrated into our software?
No. readyplace captures processes from the outside via the readyator and delivers tutorials as standalone content. There is no intervention in your application, no plugin and no database connection. Integration happens where users should see the help, for example by embedding in the help centre, and at sign-in via your directory.
How do we embed tutorials in our help centre or intranet?
Via iframe embedding or link. For closed areas readyplace issues signed embed tokens so that only your signed-in users see the content. The DATEV Help Center works exactly this way with more than 600 readyplace tutorials.
Which single sign-on methods are supported?
Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0, Keycloak or OpenID Connect, as well as LDAP and Active Directory. Roles can be taken from groups in your directory. Local accounts with two-factor sign-in via email are also available.
Can we use tutorials in our learning management system?
Yes, via SCORM 1.2 export. The package runs in Moodle, ILIAS and other SCORM-capable systems and reports learning progress back.
What does the MCP connector do?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard through which AI assistants access external knowledge sources. With the readyplace connector an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can answer questions from your tutorials, with a reference to the specific step. The connector is currently in pilot operation with selected customers.
Is there an API?
readyplace provides a REST API for the platform to manage tutorials, categories and users, as well as a chatbot API for your own interfaces. Contact us for the documentation.
Your system is not in the list?
It probably works anyway. In a live demo we document a process from your software – and show how the tutorial reaches your users.
